Terms of Use
These Terms contain requirements that Emro., Incorporated ("Company") and users must strictly observe in the course of using the services provided on the Company’s homepage ("Homepage"). Please read these Terms thoroughly before using the services and use the services only if you agree to the contents herein.
Article 1 【Purpose】
The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the rights and obligations, conditions of use, and responsibilities between the Company and users regarding the use of the Homepage operated by the Company and the services such as online content provided through the Homepage.
Article 2 【Effect and Amendment of the Terms】
These Terms take effect by being posted to the user at the bottom of the service screen of the Homepage.
Users accessing the Homepage are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of relevant laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and the amended Terms take effect by being posted to the Homepage in the same manner as set forth in Paragraph 1 of this Article.

Any matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and the individual service instructions set forth by the Company.
Article 4 【Definitions of Terms】
User: Refers to a person who uses the web pages and contents provided by the Homepage in a restricted manner without membership registration or login procedures.
Article 5 【Service Registration and Use】
To use the contents on the homepage without restriction, the user must fill out and submit the personal information requested on the registration form specified by the Company.
Users who do not enter their real name or accurate information cannot be legally protected and may have their use of the services restricted without notice.

f. Other cases where the use application conditions required by the Company are not met
Service provision may be temporarily restricted due to scheduled maintenance, malfunctions, replacement, communication problems, or other such causes.
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in works provided through the Homepage belong to the Company.
The Homepage shall not be used for profit-making purposes.
The Company is not responsible for damages incurred by users in connection with use of the Homepage.
Article 7 【Obligations】
Obligations of the Company:

Obligations of the User:

The Company is exempt from responsibility for any disputes or issues between users and third parties mediated through the homepage.

Article 10 【Jurisdiction and Governing Law】
Any and all disputes and lawsuits related to these Terms between the Company and users will be under the jurisdiction of the court at the location of the Company’s headquarters, and the governing law will be the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Article 11 【Governing Language】
These Terms may be prepared in Korean and English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Korean version and the English version, the Korean version shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
