사랑하는 엠로 임직원 여러분께,

엠로는 국내 SRM 시장의 선도 기업을 넘어 AI 기반의 공급망 혁신을 통해 글로벌 소프트웨어 기업으로 도약하고 있습니다. 글로벌 시장에서의 경쟁력은 우수한 기술력뿐만 아니라, 세계 어디서나 신뢰받을 수 있는 준법경영과 윤리의식에서 시작됩니다.

최근 AI 기술의 발전과 함께 개인정보보호, 정보보안, 지식재산권, 공정거래 등 기업이 준수해야 할 법적·윤리적 요구 수준이 지속적으로 높아지고 있습니다. 이에 엠로는 2026년에도 글로벌 스탠다드에 부합하는 준법경영 체계를 더욱 강화하고, 임직원 모두가 업무 속에서 자연스럽게 실천할 수 있는 준법 문화를 정착시켜 나가고자 합니다.

CEO’s Message on Compliance Management

Dear Emro Team,

Emro is moving beyond its leadership position in the domestic SRM market and positioning itself as a global software company through AI-driven supply chain innovation. As we expand globally, our competitiveness must be built not only on strong technological capabilities, but also on compliance, integrity, and the trust we earn from customers and society.

With the continued advancement of AI technology, companies are expected to meet increasingly higher legal and ethical standards in areas such as personal data protection, information security, intellectual property rights, and fair trade. In 2026, Emro will further strengthen its compliance framework in line with global standards and continue to embed a culture of compliance that all employees can naturally practice in their day-to-day work.

To this end, we will uphold the following three principles.

First, we will establish a compliance framework aligned with global standards. We will respect domestic and international laws and regulations, as well as global norms, and strictly comply with the principles of fair trade and anti-corruption.

Second, we will put customer trust first and further strengthen data protection and information security.

Third, we will build a healthy corporate culture that respects human rights and ethics, grounded in diversity and inclusion.

Compliance is not the responsibility of a single department. It is a shared responsibility for all of us. Each action we take in accordance with laws and principles helps build the Company’s credibility and serves as a driving force for strengthening our competitiveness in the global market.

Emro’s stage now extends beyond Korea to the world. Compliance and integrity are essential foundations for sustainable growth in the global market and for becoming a company trusted by customers and society.
