May 22, 2026 – EMRO (KOSDAQ: 058970), Korea’s leading AI-based SRM software company, participated in the Gartner Supply Chain Symposium/Xpo, the world's largest event for supply chain professionals, to showcase innovative procurement use cases driven by Agentic AI.
The symposium, held consecutively in Orlando, USA (May 4–6) and Barcelona, Spain (May 18–20), gathered approximately 5,000 supply chain executives and industry professionals from major enterprises worldwide, alongside more than 180 solution providers. EMRO solidified its presence in the global market by participating in the event for the third consecutive year with Samsung SDS.
This year, under the theme “AI-powered Direct Procurement: Accelerating Design to Source to Pay,” EMRO showcased various Agentic AI capabilities and global implementation cases of "Caidentia," its SRM SaaS solution that automates the entire direct procurement process—from product design and raw material sourcing to payment settlement.
In particular, the exhibition booth drew significant attention with its ▲AI-powered Bill of Materials (BOM) Management feature. Caidentia digitizes complex BOM data and applies Agentic AI across the entire New Product Introduction (NPI) phase. This allows companies to seamlessly manage real-time BOM changes, optimize costs for individual components, and verify quality within an integrated system. EMRO also shared a real-world success story of deploying this solution for a leading global PC and server manufacturer, capturing high interest from global manufacturing firms struggling with increasing product complexity and shortened product lifecycles.
Additionally, EMRO conducted live demonstrations of ▲Procurement Process Automation via AI Agents. When a procurement professional inputs requests in natural language into the AI Workplace within Caidentia, the AI agent automatically handles the entire workflow—from drafting purchase requests (PR) and RFxs to recommending optimal suppliers and issuing purchase orders (PO). This significantly enhances the speed and efficiency of procurement operations.
The local reception was overwhelmingly positive. In the US event, EMRO ranked third among all exhibitors in terms of booth visitor traffic for the second consecutive year, proving the strong market competitiveness of Caidentia. Building on this momentum, EMRO plans to expand its local sales pipeline and further accelerate its overseas market expansion.
"According to Gartner, the Agentic AI-powered supply chain management software market is projected to grow rapidly, reaching USD 53 billion (approximately KRW 78 trillion) by 2030," an EMRO representative stated. "We intend to convert the high level of interest and demand we witnessed from global corporate customers at this event into actual contracts, further strengthening our leadership in the global market."
