사랑하는 엠로인 여러분.

국내 SRM 영역 1위를 달성한 2015년부터 저희 엠로는 글로벌 소프트웨어 기업으로 거듭나기 위한 노력을 끊임없이 경주하였습니다. 여러분의 헌신과 열정으로 'AI 기반 글로벌 소프트웨어 회사'로서의 발판을 마련할 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다.

AI를 필두로 IT 기술력이 지난 100년과 비교하였을 때 엄청나게 빠른 속도로 발전하고 있습니다. 이런 흐름 속에서 엠로는 더욱더 고속 성장할 수 있을 거란 기대가 큰 만큼 이에 대한 사회적 책임도 무시할 수 없습니다. 이에, 기술 개발과 적용에 따르는 국내외 규제 사항을 사전에 확인하고 준수하여야 합니다.

올해부터 우리 회사는 Compliance 운영 체계를 확립하고, 구성원에게 사업 수행 시 준수하여야 할 기준과 절차를 제시하며 준법 문화 확산을 위한 교육과 캠페인을 지속적으로 시행할 계획입니다.

최근, AI 산업이 급성장함에 따라 공정거래 영역을 포함하여 지식재산/ 영업비밀/ 개인정보보호 등의 규제가 강화되고 있습니다. 또한 협력사와의 상생을 위한 하도급/ 적법도급 부문, 전략물자/ 물류 서비스 규제 등 사업 관련 법규 준수도 반드시 필요합니다.

올 한 해를 기점으로 Compliance Risk 예방을 위해 다양한 교육과 점검 등의 활동을 전개할 예정입니다.

제반 규제 법령을 스스로 준수하고, 자율적인 준법 문화가 확산될 수 있도록 엠로인 여러분의 적극적인 준법 경영 활동 동참을 부탁드립니다.

CEO’s Message on Compliance Management

Dear Colleagues,

Since achieving No.1 leadership in Korea’s SRM market in 2015, Emro has continuously strived to transform itself into a global software company. Through your dedication and passion, we have built a strong foundation as an AI-driven global software company. I sincerely appreciate your continued dedication and professionalism.

Led by AI, information technology is advancing at an unprecedented pace compared to the past century. As we look toward accelerated growth amid this rapid transformation, we must also recognize and uphold the heightened social responsibilities that accompany such progress. Accordingly, we must proactively review and strictly comply with applicable domestic and international regulations related to the development and application of new technologies.

Beginning this year, we will establish a structured compliance operating framework, clearly defining the standards and procedures that must be followed in the course of business activities. We will also continue to implement education programs and internal campaigns to foster and strengthen a culture of compliance across the organization.

As the AI industry experiences rapid expansion, regulatory requirements are being reinforced across multiple areas, including fair competition, intellectual property, trade secrets, and personal data protection. In addition, strict adherence to business-related laws and regulations such as subcontracting and lawful outsourcing practices to ensure win-win partnerships with suppliers, as well as strategic goods and logistics service regulations is essential.

Starting this year, we will launch a range of training programs, monitoring activities, and internal reviews to proactively prevent compliance risks.

I ask each of you to take personal responsibility for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, and to actively participate in strengthening a self-driven culture of compliance throughout Emro.
