EMRO’s SRM SaaS Solution “Caidentia” Obtains Global Security Certification SOC 2 Type II

January 19, 2026 – Emro Inc. (KOSDAQ: 058970), Korea’s leading AI-based SRM software company, announced today that its SRM SaaS solution Caidentia has obtained the global security certification SOC 2 Type II.

SOC 2 (Service Organization Control 2) is a certification framework established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). It evaluates and verifies whether SaaS and cloud service providers meet five core criteria related to customer data management and information security: ▲Security, ▲Availability, ▲Processing Integrity, ▲Confidentiality, and ▲Privacy. SOC 2 certification is widely used as a key benchmark by global enterprises when selecting service providers.

Following the acquisition of SOC 2 Type I certification in April last year—verifying that Caidentia’s data management and information security control framework was appropriately designed—Emro has now secured SOC 2 Type II certification. This latest certification officially confirms that Caidentia’s security controls are not only well designed but also effectively implemented and operated in real-world environments over an extended period.
