EMRO Named ‘KOSDAQ Rising Star’ for Three Consecutive Years

August 8, 2025 – Emro Inc. (KOSDAQ: 058970), Korea’s leading AI-based SRM software company, announced that it has been selected as a “2025 KOSDAQ Rising Star,” as announced by the Korea Exchange (KRX) on August 7.

The KOSDAQ Rising Star program is an annual initiative by the Korea Exchange that selects and supports KOSDAQ-listed companies with strong technological capabilities and high growth potential, with the aim of fostering future global champions. Companies are selected through a two-stage evaluation process, including a quantitative assessment (such as financial performance) and a qualitative review (including CEO interviews), targeting firms whose flagship products demonstrate strong global competitiveness or hold significant market share in innovative industries.

A total of 22 companies were selected this year, and Emro earned the distinction of being named a KOSDAQ Rising Star for the third consecutive year since 2023.

Since its listing on the KOSDAQ market in August 2021, Emro has continued to lead the domestic SRM software market through sustained R&D investment and business expansion, achieving record-high annual revenue for six consecutive years through 2024. More recently, the company has successfully entered the North American market with its global SRM SaaS solution, ‘Caidentia,’ which combines Emro’s deep procurement expertise with proprietary AI technologies, securing multiple local customers.
