January 23, 2025 – Emro Inc. (KOSDAQ: 058970), Korea’s leading AI-based SRM software company, announced today its consolidated financial results for 2024, recording ▲revenue of KRW 79.46 billion, ▲operating profit of KRW 8.61 billion, and ▲net income of KRW 18.6 billion. Revenue and operating profit increased 25.8% and 84.6%, respectively, compared with the previous year, achieving all-time high results and marking the sixth consecutive year of record-breaking sales.
Following the conversion of convertible bonds (CB) and warrants (BW) issued to Samsung SDS in July 2024, derivative losses that had previously affected net income were eliminated, resulting in a positive net income for the year.
Technology-based revenue, including cloud subscription fees and technical support fees, showed particularly strong growth. Cloud-based SCM service emroCloud saw an increase in new customers and expanded adoption by subsidiaries of existing clients, driving 2024 cloud subscription fees up 18.3% year-on-year to KRW 5.39 billion. Technical support fees rose 27.9% YoY to KRW 12.65 billion, surpassing KRW 10 billion for the first time.
In addition, demand for integrated procurement system deployments, domestic and overseas subsidiary expansion projects, and AI solution adoption across major corporations in automotive, IT, construction materials, and secondary battery sectors further fueled Emro’s performance.
In October 2024, Emro secured its first overseas client for the global SRM SaaS solution Caidentia through Samsung SDS, marking the company’s initial entry into the U.S. market. In 2025, Emro plans to strengthen its presence as a global software provider by pursuing additional contracts in overseas markets. The company is actively proposing solutions to leading IT, automotive, and manufacturing firms in the U.S., with initial projects already underway and discussions ongoing for the adoption of additional procurement functionalities.
Emro also continues to engage in global marketing and lead-generation activities, participating in events such as the Gartner Supply Chain Symposium/Xpo and other major industry gatherings in the U.S. and Europe.
To further enhance procurement capabilities, Emro is progressively integrating generative AI technologies—including chatbots and AI agents—into its solutions. Additionally, the company plans to develop its upgraded SRM software SMARTsuite v10.0 into a cloud-based SaaS version, leading the transition of procurement solutions to the cloud.
“Emro will continue to lead the domestic and international SRM software market with ‘Global,’ ‘AI,’ and ‘Cloud’ as key priorities,” said an Emro spokesperson. “By consolidating our organizational capabilities, we aim to secure meaningful overseas references and fully launch the era of Emro 2.0.”
