January 27, 2026 – Emro (KOSDAQ: 058970), Korea’s leading AI-based SRM software company, announced today that it achieved consolidated revenue of KRW 83.98 billion in 2025, marking its seventh consecutive year of record-high annual revenue. This represents a 5.7% increase compared to the previous year.
In particular, technology-based revenue—comprising software license, cloud subscription fees, and technical support fees—rose 29.3% year-on-year to KRW 33.98 billion, accounting for 40.5% of total revenue. This strong growth underscores Emro’s accelerating transformation into a SaaS-driven business model.
By segment, software license revenue in 2025 increased 18.1% year-on-year to KRW 9.75 billion, while cloud subscription fees grew 13.6% to KRW 6.13 billion. Technical support fees generated steadily from existing customers reached KRW 18.11 billion, up 43.2% from the prior year, once again demonstrating the irreplaceable procurement expertise and strong technological competitiveness of Emro’s solutions.
Operating profit and net income were recorded at KRW 0.91 billion and KRW 2.54 billion, respectively, reflecting continued investments in the development of global SRM SaaS solutions and in strengthening future competitiveness in overseas markets.
In 2025, Emro secured several high-profile references both in Korea and abroad, reinforcing its presence as a leading global SRM software company. Domestically, the company successfully completed a next-generation procurement system project for Korea’s largest IT company and won additional contracts for procurement system implementation and AI-driven digital transformation projects across major Korean enterprises, particularly in high-growth industries such as defense and energy. In North America—the world’s largest enterprise software market—Emro signed consecutive supply agreements for its global SRM SaaS solution, Caidentia, with a leading global PC and server manufacturer, as well as local electronics manufacturers and HVAC equipment companies.
Building on these achievements, Emro is currently expanding its business into the European market. The company is actively conducting solution demonstrations and proofs of concept (PoCs) with multiple companies in the energy, high-tech, and manufacturing sectors, and plans to secure new customers in Europe this year to further accelerate its global expansion.
Emro is also continuously advancing its solutions to proactively respond to rapidly changing market conditions and growing demand for agentic AI. Centered on Caidentia, the company is reorganizing and enhancing its procurement solution portfolio and plans to roll it out more broadly in the domestic market. By embedding practical AI agents that automate complex procurement workflows, along with differentiated development procurement capabilities—such as AI-based automatic comparison and analysis of bills of materials (BOMs) already recognized by global enterprises—Emro aims to lead AI-driven procurement innovation for companies worldwide.
“2025 was a year in which we focused on strengthening Emro’s competitiveness in overseas markets through the advancement of our AI-based solutions, inclusion in global analyst reports, and the acquisition of security certifications,” said an Emro spokesperson. “Based on this foundation, we will create tangible results in our key markets, including North America and Europe, this year, while further reinforcing a sustainable growth framework built around Caidentia, our global flagship SRM SaaS solution.”
