EMRO Offers SRM SaaS Solution to a Leading Global PC and Server Manufacturer
- Signs contract to provide SRM SaaS solution ‘Caidentia’ to a leading global PC and server manufacturer through Samsung SDS U.S. subsidiary, delivering AI-based design-to-source capabilities
- Secures strong reference to expand sales to North American IT companies; rising SRM solution demand driven by U.S. tariff policies expected to lead to additional overseas contracts this year
June 10, 2025 – Emro Inc. (KOSDAQ: 058970), Korea’s leading AI-based SRM software company, announced that it has signed a contract to supply its SRM SaaS solution to a leading global PC and server manufacturer.
On June 10, Emro revealed that it entered into a solution supply agreement with Samsung SDS’s U.S. subsidiary. Under the agreement, Emro will implement the design-to-source module of its global SRM SaaS solution, Caidentia, for Company A, a world-renowned PC and server manufacturer.
Through Samsung SDS’s U.S. subsidiary, Emro will provide Company A’s infrastructure solutions division with a range of AI-based design-to-source capabilities. These functions are designed to support systematic cost management and close collaboration with suppliers from the early stages of new product development.
With this contract, Emro has secured a meaningful reference by having its AI-driven, direct procurement–focused technology and expertise recognized by a leading global IT company. This achievement is expected to further accelerate Emro’s sales activities targeting high-tech enterprises in the North American market.
Market response has also been positive. Emro showcased Caidentia at the Gartner Supply Chain Symposium/Xpo held in the U.S. and Spain in May. In particular, the event in Spain attracted strong interest from local companies, with more than 500 attendees visiting Emro’s booth and presentation sessions. Building on this momentum, Emro plans to strengthen its sales efforts in the U.S. and Europe by holding follow-up meetings and solution demonstrations with dozens of leading companies across industries newly identified at the Gartner events, including high tech, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, consumer goods, energy, and defense.
An Emro spokesperson said, “Since late last year, Emro has been steadily securing new customers in the U.S. market and delivering visible results globally. As global supply chain restructuring accelerates following the launch of the second Trump administration, demand for SRM solutions continues to grow. With the strong interest confirmed at the Gartner Supply Chain Symposium/Xpo events in the U.S. and Spain, we expect to achieve additional contracts with leading companies across various industries in overseas markets this year.”
