October 17, 2024 – Emro Inc. (KOSDAQ: 058970), Korea’s leading AI-based SRM software company, announced today that it has been recognized as an “Excellent IR Company” for the third consecutive year at the 24th Korea IR Awards, held at the Korea Exchange.
The Korea IR Awards, jointly hosted by the Korea IR Association and the Korea Exchange, recognize companies that actively and efficiently engage in investor relations (IR), prioritize shareholder value, and strive to increase shared benefits for companies, shareholders, and investors. Candidate companies selected by the Korea IR Association undergo a multi-stage evaluation process by institutional investors and experts, with ten outstanding companies chosen from both the KOSPI and KOSDAQ markets.
Since its KOSDAQ listing in 2021, Emro has been named an Excellent IR Company for three consecutive years, starting in 2022. Led by a dedicated IR team, Emro conducts over 150 online and offline IR activities annually—including company visits, presentations, video meetings, and conference calls—actively communicating with the market. The company also provides transparent information to shareholders and investors through newsletters, press releases, official social media channels, and other content.
As a result of these consistent IR efforts and transparent communication, Emro’s market capitalization (as of October 16, 2024) has increased approximately eightfold compared to the IPO period. In addition, Emro has been selected as a “KOSDAQ Rising Star” for the second consecutive year, recognizing its advanced technology and competitiveness among KOSDAQ-listed companies.
Emro continues to achieve steady growth, surpassing KRW 33 billion in H1 2024 revenue for the first time in company history. The company is also advancing its global market expansion through Caidentia, the SRM SaaS solution developed jointly with Samsung SDS, aiming to further enhance corporate value and establish itself as a leading global software company.
“Since our KOSDAQ listing, Emro has maintained continuous growth while pursuing global expansion beyond our leading domestic market position,” said an Emro spokesperson. “We are committed to delivering tangible results in global markets and meeting the expectations of our shareholders and investors who trust and support Emro, as we continue to grow as a global software leader.”
